Our business line does Not receive texts. It is respectful and kind of you to let us know if you cannot come ahead of time, as we can schedule other appointments in place of yours.
A No Show is a client that schedules an appointment and does not show up. They also do not notify us that they cannot come. No shows may be charged full price for not showing up because our therapist is waiting, is prepared, and again, could have scheduled another client. Thanks so much for your understanding.
